2 The Briefing Preparation
Once your consultation is confirmed, we invite you to share your inspiration. Whether it is a Pinterest board, architectural plans, or a simple list of "must-haves," this allows our Interior Architects to arrive fully prepared to discuss your project’s potential.
3 Personal Design Consultation
Our Principal Designer visits your home to assess the space, understand your lifestyle, and gather the technical data required to bring your vision to life.
4 The Project Brief
Following our visit, Rae, our Project Concierge, will provide a detailed project brief. This document outlines our shared goals and the next steps in your design journey, ensuring we are perfectly aligned before the first line is drawn.
Phase 2: Concept Design & Architectural Visualisation
5 Design Development & Estimating
While our Architectural Technicians develop your initial layouts, our quoting team begins a rigorous estimation process. This ensures that our creative concepts are grounded in real-world feasibility.
6 The Concept Presentation
We return to your home for one of the most exciting milestones. Rae and your Lead Designer will present a comprehensive design package.
7 Securing Your Place
Once you approve the initial concept, a project deposit secures your position in our construction schedule and initiates the detailed selection phase.

Jasmine, our Client Experience Coordinator, will contact you to schedule your personalised selection day.
9 Structural Integrity Check
Behind the scenes, our Site Supervisor conducts a thorough construction review. This ensures that every design element is technically sound and ready for execution.
10 The Selection Experience
Spend a curated morning (typically 3–4 hours) with your designer at our premium supplier showrooms in Osborne Park. Together, we will touch, feel, and select:

11 Technical Documentation
Our Architectural Technicians then translate your selections into a "Master Build Pack," including precise electrical plans, elevations, and 3D updates.

Your designer prepares a detailed selection sheet and a final pricing update based on your specific material choices.
13 Final Project Reveal
We issue your final set of updated drawings, photorealistic renders, and the fixed-price contract for your digital approval. With every detail documented and every finish confirmed, we are ready to begin the transformation of your home.
